1). All entrants to the Tournament will become Members of the exclusive Treasure Web-Hunt Club, and will receive regular updates of new and improved Championships, Tournaments and Treasure Hunts, automatically, as they occur.

2). Treasure Finders will be responsible for payment of any taxes that may apply on their Treasure Hunt Cash discoveries within their local tax jurisdiction.

3). Ten percent of Audited Net Income from each Tournament will be donated to Charity. Check the Public Start Page each time, for full details of the current Charity to receive the donation.

4). Each Treasure Seeker will be allowed 3 chances at providing the Final Location. If the correct Location is not provided by the third try, no further access to the Treasure Hunt Web Site will be allowed. Entrance to the Treasure Hunt will through The Gateway Page Two or from the Site Map Index.

5). Each "Secret Treasure Web-Hunt Domain" is protected by advanced security encryption code. Only Members will be allowed entry. Access to each Tournament will require inputting a User Name and Password, created at the time of signing up. Members will be able to view their success and progress on a special "Winners Page" after they have completed a Tournament.

6). Only the Treasure Huntmaster will know the Solutions to each Tournament. The Solutions will NOT be available to any other person in the Corporation, family or friendship circle or otherwise of the Treasure Huntmaster. Stringent security measures have been taken to ensure absolute 100% fairness for each Tournament. The only way to win will be to identify all the clues and locate the Treasure using your powers of observation and lateral thinking.

7). Only one Treasure per Member will be issued for each Tournament. The decision of the Treasure Huntmaster will be final in all adjudications or disputes, should they arise. The security code structures will identify cheating, and any such attempts at deception or hacking by any Members or their family or associates will result in immediate disqualification and possible prosecution.

8). The Treasure Web Hunt Tournaments will employ a different method of locating Clues to the Treasures each time. Members should save save their notes as text files, and be prepared to email them to The Huntmaster [should any disputes arise regarding the integrity of the method(s) used in finding the Final Treasure]. This will apply to each and every Treasure Web-Hunt.

9). Every conceivable effort has been made to ensure Members thoroughly enjoy each Treasure Hunt and that the Hunt is fair for all people. The Main Treasures are always large cash payments, and will be paid by Cashier's Cheque, at the close of each Tournament. Members will receive notification of the next Tournament by email. The Treasures will become bigger and better with each new Hunt.

10). All Treasure Web Hunt Tournaments are open to everybody except employees and family members of Treasure Web Inc & Associate Companies, and employees and family members of Companies directly involved with this Web Site and its hosting and technical support partners, as already known by Treasure Web Inc. You each know who you are. If you are discovered entering any Tournament, you will be immediately disqualified and subject to possible prosecution.

11). Entry to each special, secret Treasure Web Tournament Site requires payment of a very small fee. See the Gateway Pages for full details at the start of each New Tournament, and for our Corporate Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction.

12). Every Member will have 30 days to complete the Hunt from the day they log in to our Secret Tournament Site. Special software will identify each successful Treasure Hunter, and they will be immediately notified by email. Their names will then be published in Public Start Page Four, unless they elect for "No Publicity" when they first sign up for Entry. This special custom software also monitors every Member's Treasure Hunting, and will record the order in which each Treasure is found and the length of time taken to locate them.

There is then one last special procedure to be employed before the final Treasures are awarded and the next Web-Hunt begins. This process will only be revealed in full to The Treasure Hunters. To discover this final secret behind Treasureweb's unique and spectacular Grand Internet Treasure Hunt, you will just have to wait and become a Member.

WARNING: Treasureweb log files record Members' Entry Data. Names, addresses, phone numbers, browsing times, and payment entry choices for all Members. Any cheating by re-entering under false names or addresses can be identified, and anybody caught doing so may be liable for investigation and possible prosecution, and will be immediately disqualified and removed from the Tournament.
